The recommended dose is 1 to 2 capsules per day after meals.

Lactobacillus gasseri CUL09 is a lactobacillus predominant in normal vaginal flora.

Pacran cranberry extract is an exclusive and patented ingredient of cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon Ait.) obtained from the fruit as a whole, which provides, in addition to a standardized level of proanthocyanidins (PACs), other important components, such as organic acids, phenolics, fidel, fatty acids, proteins and sugars.

Vitamins B6 and C contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, reducing tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function.
