Open the stick, deposit the entire content directly into the mouth until it is completely swallowed. Water intake is not necessary. It is recommended not to eat or drink within one hour of ingestion.
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 sticks after main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and before bed, or as recommended by a doctor.
