CeraVe Foaming Clay Cleanser Anti-Imperfections 118 ml is a 3-in-1 facial care product developed for blemish-prone and acne-prone skin. Its formula combines 2% salicylic acid, white clay, niacinamide, glycerin and three essential ceramides, helping to purify the skin, absorb excess sebum, reduce blemishes and preserve the skin barrier. It is a fragrance-free, non-comedogenic formula, also suitable for sensitive skin.

Product Description

CeraVe Foaming Clay Cleanser Anti-Imperfections was developed to address the needs of blemish-prone skin affected by excess sebum and clogged pores. Its clay-based texture transforms into a foam during use, making the product versatile enough to be incorporated into different stages of a skincare routine.

The formula contains 2% salicylic acid (BHA), an exfoliating ingredient that helps remove dead skin cells from the skin's surface, unclog pores and target blemishes. White clay (kaolin) helps purify the skin and absorb excess sebum, contributing to a more balanced and less shiny appearance.

Niacinamide helps soothe the skin, while glycerin helps maintain hydration. The formula also contains three essential ceramides — Ceramide NP, Ceramide AP and Ceramide EOP — together with cholesterol and phytosphingosine, components that help maintain and support the skin's protective barrier.

One of the key features of this product is its 3-in-1 use, allowing it to be incorporated into a skincare routine as a daily cleanser, weekly mask or overnight targeted treatment. This versatility makes it possible to adapt its use to the specific needs of the skin and the level of blemishes.

To complement a skincare routine for blemish-prone skin, it can be combined with other CeraVe products suited to specific skin needs, including a moisturiser that helps maintain the skin barrier and a facial sunscreen during the day.

- As a daily cleanser: apply morning and evening to damp skin, gently massage with your hands until the clay transforms into a foam and rinse thoroughly;
- As a weekly mask: apply an even layer to clean, damp skin, up to twice a week, leave on for 10 minutes and rinse;
- As an overnight targeted treatment: apply directly to blemishes on clean, dry skin and leave on overnight;
- Avoid contact with the eye area;
- In case of contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.

Avoid contact with eyes. Salicylic acid may increase skin sensitivity in some people, so special care should be taken if other exfoliating products or treatments for blemishes are used simultaneously. If irritation or discomfort occurs, reduce the frequency of use or discontinue application.
