Remove the protective cap and insert the end of the dosing pump into one nostril, keeping the other closed. Press gently so that 1 to 2 doses are delivered, as needed. Place a finger on the nostril flap, massaging it lightly, in order to favor the even distribution of the product. Repeat the same operation on the other nostril. Apply whenever necessary.

It has a prolonged action, avoids the use of vasoconstrictor decongestants.
