1. Your current shoe insoles are likely removable—remove them first, if possible.
2. Place the insoles in your shoe to test the size.
3. Measure your foot against the gel insole and cut along the marked lines with scissors to achieve the perfect fit.
4. Insert the Scholl GelActiv insoles with the gel side facing down.

Replace the insoles every six months or when they show signs of wear.
