Make sure the inside of the shoe is clean and dry. Check the marking that indicates the right and left insole and place it in the correct shoe with the sticky side facing down. Align the heel area of the insole with the back of the shoe. Replace the product after 6 months or at the first signs of wear. To remove the insole, slowly and gently pull it out of the shoe. Clean with a damp cloth in warm soapy water.
Scholl Gelactiv Insole Flat Shoes are insoles designed for use with narrow shoes. They are designed to absorb impacts especially on hard surfaces and to help reduce standing up for long periods of time. They have a good grip on the bottom as they do not slip after being placed. Models can also be cleaned and reused simply by wiping with a damp cloth with warm soapy water. Do not squeeze fingers.
