1. The recommended daily dose is 1 to 2 sachets per day.2. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in water or other liquid and take with food.
Do not take in case of allergy to any of the constituents of the supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Not recommended in case of allergy to shellfish, its derivatives, fish or fish oils. Not recommended in individuals with gastric or duodenal ulcer and gastric inflammation. Caution is recommended when taking anticoagulant drugs (warfarin). Mild gastrointestinal reactions may rarely occur.
