The gummies contain several essential vitamins (A, C, D, E and B complex) and minerals such as iodine — important nutrients for bone growth, normal development, daily energy and strengthening natural defenses. The chewable and tasty form makes them easier to take, especially for children who have difficulty with tablets.
-Children aged 4 to 11: 1 gummy per day. -From 12 years old: 1 to 2 gummies per day. -Chew well before swallowing.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for children under 3-4 years of age (depending on the brand's instructions).
